How this site is funded
waterfalls.com.au is free to use. To cover the cost of running it, some links to tours earn us a commission. If you book through one of those links, we receive a small share of the sale from the partner. You pay the same price as you would booking directly.
Which partners we work with
We currently earn commission through the affiliate programs run by Viator and GetYourGuide, which list tours that visit or pass near waterfalls. If we add more partners, such as accommodation booking sites, we will list them here.
How affiliate links are marked
Affiliate links appear in the Tours section of waterfall pages, with a note beside them saying we may earn a commission. They are also marked as sponsored in the page code, so search engines treat them as paid links. Links to park services, maps and other information sources are never affiliate links.
Our independence
Commissions never affect the waterfall information on this site. Flow and access status come from rainfall data and park alerts, and no partner can pay to change them, or to change which waterfalls we list or how they rank in search. Tours are matched to each waterfall by location, not by how much they pay.
